The AICE Collective Agency was founded by music industry executive and brand strategist, CAROLYN WILLIAMS.
Leadership, Strategic and Creative Marketing are acquired skills of which Carolyn has mastered through technical and hands-on training. Having worked closely with and crafted Marketing campaigns for artists such as SZA, Alicia Keys, H.E.R., Childish Gambino, Jazmine Sullivan, A$AP Rocky, D’Angelo, Miguel, Chris Brown, Monica, Fantasia, Busta Rhymes and N.O.R.E, to name a few, she has over 20 years of experience in the music industry and artist development. Following her role as EVP of Marketing, she held the title of Executive Vice President of RCA Records and worked with the senior executive team to ensure RCA’s strong positioning in market share and navigate through its major artist releases. She has led teams through effective management and community development. She also led the label’s DEIB efforts and worked with their brand development team.
